NDT

CR NDT is a computed radiography machine designed for the Non-Destructive Testing industry. The robust and rigid design allows for accurate and efficient radiographic imaging in industrial environments. This CR can accommodate all size cassettes including a glass cassette. The glass cassette makes imaging in all industrial fields possible. Being able to radiograph images in industrial fields and scanning the images with True Flat Scan Path™ technology will ensure correct diagnosis on costly industrial projects.

iCRco has been a partner to Virtual Media Integration of Florida, a leader in CR applications for the Non-destructive testing industry for many years. Integrating the STARR-view diagnostic software to iCRco NDT computed radiography machines works flawlessly in the demanding industrial fields.

The portability of iCRco units makes it the right choice for this industry. Whether mobile or in-house, the versatility of iCRco CR machines satisfy the variety needs of industrial applications.

iCR NDT has passed all of the following testing and no other CR has:

  • VIBRATION TESTING: 10 minutes per axis.
  • SHOCK TESTING: 30G Shock–18 repetitions.
  • TRANSIT DROP TEST: 10 drops from two feet.
  • BLOWING SAND TEST: Blowing sand at 45 MPH for hours.
  • SETTLING DUST: 6 gm/m2/day for three days.
  • HUMIDITY TEST: 5 day extreme humidity cycle.
  • SALT FOG TEST: 5% sodium chloride fog for 48 hours.
  • FUNGUS TEST: 28 day exposure to fungus spores.
  • TEMPERATURE TESTING: Temperatures from 30 degrees F to 105 degrees F.
