 iCRco introduces iClarity; advanced medical image viewing app for the iPhone. iCRco is leading the way again in introducing innovative medical imaging technologies to the digital imaging community.
Since the introduction of the popular iPhone in 2007 by Apple, numerous medical apps were introduced, however only a couple of them are intended for Radiology. iClarity is the newest product offered by iCRco which will dramatically improve Physician and Radiologist’s productivity. With this app the Radiologist can remotely access the archive and provide instant support and collaboration with the referring physicians. iClarity allows medical professionals to instantly view the studies waiting to be read, in progress or completed and plan his or her day accordingly.
iClarity can be configured to connect to multiple archives, and multiple locations. It is designed to work with Clarity PACS or as a standalone product to work with any other PACS.
Some of the features offered by iClarity are, smart search and sort options, viewing the complete patient list, zoom, pan and window level, toggling between series, measurement tool and e-mailing options. Also the ability to display reports that are attached to the study and capability to provide instant feedback makes this app a powerful communication tool.
“iClarity product took serious development time and effort. For us the important factors when developing this product were, the performance had to be optimal, the viewer had to be user friendly and the tool had to be a true productivity tool for the Doctor, rather than some average app for marketing value. iClarity LITE is currently available for free on the iTunes store to view the functionalities and downloading demo images. The full version of the app is also on the iTunes store and available for sale to Clarity PACS customers and to anyone with a third party PACS.
